Job summary

Ally Waste is hiring part-time Trash Collector (Trash Valet) to perform evening rounds collecting tied bags from apartment doors and transporting them to the dumpster. The role is nightly, 8pm start, Sunday through Thursday, typically 1–2 hours per shift, with pay of $50 per night.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license and insurance, reliable transportation (open-bed pickup), a smartphone, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs while staying active in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license and proof of auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver.
• Reliable transportation - open-bed pickup truck required.
• Smartphone required.
• Ability to carry up to 30 lbs and move actively for 1–2 hours.

Responsibilities

• Walk apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in the company app.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear provided PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
