Job summary

Ally Waste is hiring part-time, night trash collectors (Trash Valet) to service apartment communities. Earn $90 on Sunday nights and $60 on Monday–Thursday nights with a short evening schedule (5 nights per week).

As a Trash Valet you’ll collect tied bags from doorsteps, haul them to the community dumpster, and upload photos in our app. Start times are 7pm, with 1–2 hour shifts, 5–10 hours weekly, outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver.
• Reliable transportation; open-bed pickup truck required.
• Smartphone for app-based photo uploads.
• Ability to carry up to 30 lbs and stay active for 1–2 hours; walk stairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Walk apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in the company app.
• Follow safety guidelines using provided PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
