Job summary

Ally Waste is hiring Part-Time, Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet) in Frisco, TX. Earn $50 per night while performing quick, independent evening rounds collecting bags from apartment doorsteps and taking them to dumpsters.

Shifts run Sunday–Thursday starting at 8pm, typically 1–2 hours per night. PPE provided; weekly pay and opportunities to grow into leadership roles as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance listing you as a covered driver.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Smartphone required for the company app and photo uploads.
• Ability to carry up to 30 lbs and walk stairs for 1–2 hours.

Responsibilities

• Walk apartment communities collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in our company app.
• Follow safety guidelines using provided PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
