Job summary

Ally Waste is hiring Part-Time, Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet) in McKinney, TX. Earn $60 per night by performing a short evening schedule, 5 nights a week, collecting tied bags from apartment doorsteps and transporting them to the community dumpster.

You will work independently outdoors, follow safety guidelines with PPE, upload photos in the company app, and help keep apartment communities clean. A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance are required, as is an open-bed pickup

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and proof of auto insurance required.
• Open-bed pickup truck required.
• Reliable transportation and smartphone access.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active for 1–2 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Walk apartment communities collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in the company app.
• Follow safety guidelines using provided PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
