Job summary

Greenway Waste & Recycling is hiring Part-Time Evening Area Lead Trash Collectors to service communities in the Kentucky, Lexington 40515 area. This role offers guaranteed hours with 1–4 hours per night and Sunday–Thursday evenings, starting at 8:00 PM.

As a contractor (1099), you will collect bagged trash from residents, transport waste to the on-site dumpster, and work independently following safety procedures. Paid training provided; approximately 12–18 service days per month.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to service communities nightly.
• Truck/trailer/van required for the role.
• Valid license and vehicle insurance.
• Smartphone required for work communication.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the on-site dumpster or compactor area.
• Walk the apartment community during service hours.
• Work independently while following company policies and safety procedures.
