Job summary

Greenway Waste & Recycling is seeking Part-Time Evening Trash Collectors to service communities in the Indianapolis area. This role offers guaranteed hours and a consistent few hours each night, with an 8:00 PM start Sunday through Thursday.

You will collect bagged trash and recycling, transport it to the on-site area, and work independently while following safety procedures. Paid training provided; 1099 contractor position.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Pickup truck, trailer or cargo van needed.
• Smartphone for work communication required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently.
• Willingness to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport waste to on-site dumpster or compactor area.
• Walk the apartment community during service hours.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
