Job summary

Greenway Waste & Recycling is hiring part-time evening trash collectors in the Carmel, IN area. You’ll service communities Sunday-Thursday evenings starting at 8:00 PM for 1–4 hours per night, collecting bagged trash and recycling.

This is a contractor (1099) role with paid training and guaranteed evenings. Schedules are set, with $400–$1,300 per month depending on community size and $20–$65 per service night.

Qualifications

• Requires reliable transportation and ability to work evenings.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Smartphone for work communications.
• Possession of a pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to on-site dumpster or compactor area.
• Walk the apartment community during service hours.
• Work independently while following company policies and safety procedures.
