Job summary

Affinity Waste Solutions is seeking Part-Time Evening Trash Collectors to service communities in the Venice, FL 34275 area. Work 1 to 4 hours per evening, starting at 7:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday, with weekends off.

You will collect bagged trash and recycling from residents, transport waste to the dumpster, and work independently while following safety policies. This role offers steady hours and a paid training program.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to routes and shifts.
• Must have a truck, trailer, or utility van for service.
• Valid license and vehicle insurance.
• Smartphone for work communication and updates.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs during routes.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to on-site dumpster or compactor area.
• Walk the apartment community during service hours.
• Work independently while adhering to policies and safety procedures.
