Job summary

Affinity Waste Solutions is hiring part-time evening trash collectors to service communities in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area. Stand-alone evening shifts, 1–4 hours per night, with guaranteed hours and earnings dependent on community size. Vehicles (truck/trailer/van) required; paid training provided.

Position is 1099 contractor, with opportunities for growth and additional communities. Typical earnings range from $400 to $1,300 per month, with $20 to $65 per service night, depending on community

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must have a truck, trailer, or utility van.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Smartphone required for communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must follow company safety procedures and policies.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport waste to on-site dumpster or compactor area.
• Walk the apartment community during service hours.
• Work independently while adhering to company policies.
