Job summary

GreenWay Waste & Recycling, LLC is seeking Part-Time Evening Trash Collectors to service Fort Wayne communities. This role offers guaranteed hours, a fixed route, and a consistent paycheck with 1–4 hour shifts starting at 8:00 PM.

You will collect bagged trash and recycling, transport waste to the on-site area, and walk communities during service hours. Reliable transport is required; paid training provided. Sunday–Thursday evenings with Friday and Saturday off.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• A pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van is required
• Smartphone for work communication
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps
• Transport waste to the on-site dumpster or compactor area
• Walk the apartment community during service hours
• Work independently while following company policies and safety procedures
