Greenway Waste & Recycling is hiring Part-Time Evening Trash Collectors to service communities in Fishers, IN 46038. This position offers guaranteed hours and a short evening shift, typically 1 to 4 hours per night, with start times around 8:00 PM.

You will collect bagged trash and recycling, transport to the dumpster, and work independently under safety guidelines. A pickup truck or cargo van is required, and the role is a 1099 contractor position with paid training.

Qualifications

• Own reliable transportation (pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van)
• Willing to pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps
• Transport waste to on-site dumpster or compactor area
• Walk the apartment community during service hours
• Work independently while following company policies and safety procedures
