Job summary

Greenway Waste & Recycling is hiring Part-Time Evening Trash Collectors to service communities in the Bel Air, Maryland 21015 area. This role offers guaranteed hours and a guaranteed paycheck for a few hours per night. Immediate openings and paid training provided.

Most team members work 1 to 4 hours per evening and earn between $400 and $1,300 per month, plus $20 to $65 per service night depending on community size. A pickup truck or similar vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required to perform nightly routes.
• Must have a truck, trailer, or utility van and valid license with insurance.
• Smartphone for work communication and reporting.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and follow safety procedures.
• Background check and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to on-site dumpster or compactor area.
• Walk the apartment community during service hours.
• Work independently while following company policies and safety procedures.
