Job summary

Greenway Waste & Recycling is seeking Part-Time Evening Area Lead Trash Collectors to service communities in the Maryland, Baltimore 21001 & 21204 area. This role offers guaranteed hours, a fixed nightly route, and a steady paycheck.

Most team members work 1 to 4 hours per evening and earn between $1,020 and $1,530 per month, with a per-night rate of $85. Training is provided and you will work Sunday–Thursday evenings.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a truck, trailer, or utility van.
• Valid license and vehicle insurance.
• Smartphone for work communication.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the on-site dumpster or compactor area.
• Walk the apartment community during service hours.
• Work independently while following company policies and safety procedures.
