Affinity Waste Solutions LLC is seeking Part-Time Evening Trash Collectors to service communities in the Gainesville 32608 area. Most team members work 1 to 4 hours per evening with guaranteed hours and pay, typically $400 to $1,300 per month, depending on community size.

A pickup truck, trailer, or utility van is required for this position, with paid training provided. Schedule is Sunday-Thursday evenings starting at 8:00 PM, Friday and Saturday off.

Qualifications

• Must have a pickup truck, trailer, or utility van.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Smartphone for work communication.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the on-site dumpster or compactor area.
• Walk the apartment community during service hours.
• Work independently while following company policies and safety procedures.
