Job summary

Affinity Waste Solutions LLC is hiring part-time evening trash collectors to service communities in the Asheville, NC 28806 area. Most team members work 1 to 4 hours per evening and earn between $400 and $1,300 per month, depending on community size. A pickup truck, trailer, or utility van is required for this position.

Immediate openings available. Paid training provided. Schedule: Sunday-Thursday evenings, start at 8:00 PM, with 1–4 hours per night and Friday/Saturday off.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation for evening routes.
• Must have a truck, trailer, or utility van.
• Valid license and vehicle insurance.
• Smartphone for work communication.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport waste to on-site dumpster or compactor area.
• Walk the apartment community during service hours.
• Work independently while following company policies and safety procedures.
