Job summary

Greenway Waste & Recycling is hiring Part-Time Evening Trash Collectors to service communities in the Fort Wayne, IN area. This position offers guaranteed hours and a consistent, short evening shift.

Most team members work 1 to 4 hours per evening and earn between $400 and $1,300 per month, depending on community size. This is a 1099 contractor role with paid training and opportunities for additional communities.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to service locations.
• Must have a pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van.
• Smartphone required for work communication.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the on-site dumpster or compactor area.
• Walk the apartment community during service hours.
• Work independently while following company policies and safety procedures.
