Job summary

Affinity Waste Solutions LLC is hiring part-time evening trash collectors to service communities in the Matthews, NC area. This role offers guaranteed hours, a guaranteed route, and guaranteed paycheck, with 1 to 4 hours per night and a start time of 8:00 PM.

You will collect bagged trash from residents, transport waste to on-site dumpsters, and work independently while adhering to safety procedures. A valid license, insurance, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• Must have a truck, trailer, or utility van
• Valid license and vehicle insurance
• Smartphone for work communication
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps
• Transport waste to the on-site dumpster or compactor area
• Walk the apartment community during service hours
