Affinity Waste Solutions LLC is hiring Part-Time Evening Trash Collectors in the Arden, NC area. Earn a reliable side income with guaranteed hours, a fixed route, and a predictable paycheck. Typical shifts run 1–4 hours per evening, Sunday through Thursday, starting at 8:00 PM.

Pay ranges from $400 to $1,300 per month, plus $20–$65 per service night, depending on community size. We provide paid training and require a pickup truck, trailer, or utility van.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must have a truck, trailer, or utility van.
• Valid license and vehicle insurance.
• Smartphone for work communication.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the on-site dumpster or compactor area.
• Walk the apartment community during service hours.
