Job summary

Daily's Premium Meats seeks a Traffic Coordinator to support PM shift, focusing on shipping office clerical tasks and carrier interactions. You will ensure loads are manifested and paperwork is complete, while coordinating with the COM team and material handlers.

The role requires high school education, experience with recordkeeping/inventory, and strong Excel / Office 365 skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and candidate must be able to work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education with recordkeeping and/or inventory experience.
• Food industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Office 365; intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong English reading/writing skills; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter restrictions requests for loads.
• Communicate with drivers on dock doors and signing of BOLs.
• Ensure pick sheets are available for material handlers.
• Enter shift information into tracking data.
• Seal carrier trailers.
• Print daily documents for team.
• Email appointment times and communicate load status with COM team.
• Monitor inventory of seals and packing materials.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Maintain clean work areas.
