Job summary

CompuNet Clinical Laboratories is seeking a Toxicology Lab Technologist with hands-on LC/MS experience to support our Core Lab in Moraine, OH. A Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a relevant science is preferred/required.

The role is full-time, evening shift, and involves performing tests, instrument maintenance, QA, and data entry into LIS. The ideal candidate will have clinical/medical lab experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Toxicology experience with LC/MS equipment and testing.
• Associate degree in chemistry, toxicology, biochemistry or forensic science required.
• Bachelor's degree in medical lab sciences or related field preferred.
• Clinical/medical lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical laboratory testing in the Toxicology Laboratory.
• Maintains and troubleshoots instruments; performs quality control procedures.
• Records data accurately and reports results in LIS in a timely manner.
• Handles specimen preparation and evaluation, ensuring proper labeling and readiness for analysis.
• Troubleshoots instrument issues and communicates with pathologists or caregivers as needed.
• Ensures timely turnaround and prioritizes workload.
• Maintains safety, compliance and PPE adherence throughout shifts.
