The Blanton-Peale Institute is seeking a Part-Time Therapist to provide outpatient behavioral health services in Manhattan, NY. This role involves delivering individual, couples, family, and group therapy, focusing on trauma-informed and culturally affirming approaches.

Qualifications

• Active NYS licensure required.
• 1-2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy.
• Familiarity with NYS OMH MHOTRS regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain compliance with documentation standards.

Skills

Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally affirming care

Education

Active NYS licensure as an LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, LP, or Licensed Psychologist
