Job summary

Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is seeking an independently licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our Lebanon office, focusing on evening outpatient therapy for children and adolescents. This 1099 contractor role offers autonomy with a steady referral base within a supportive, larger behavioral health system.

Ideal candidates have PA licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LSW/ Psychologist) and 2+ years of outpatient experience, with availability for after-school/evening hours.

Qualifications

• Requires current PA license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW or Psychologist).
• Minimum two years of outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with children and adolescents required.
• Independent professional liability insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services for children and adolescents.
• Maintain after-school and evening appointment availability.
• Complete clinical documentation for billing and continuity of care.
• Coordinate with caregivers and treatment providers as appropriate.
