Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions from Mississippi, evenings and weekends. The role supports a national client base with a clinician-led, technology-enabled care model.

You will work as a W2 employee, enjoy credentialing and billing support, and have access to paid orientation and training. The schedule offers flexible hours from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, seven days a week, with bi-weekly pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Mississippi (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Licensed clinicians available to provide evening/weekend telehealth sessions.
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating diverse client groups.
• Committed to measurable client progress and outcomes.
• Comfortable using telehealth tech and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to clients across the country, with a focus in Mississippi.
• Manage a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing and participate in ongoing training and supervision as needed.
• Collaborate with teams and maintain high professional standards in a telehealth environment.
