Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Erie is hiring a part-time Teen Center Mentor at the Downtown YMCA in Erie, PA. You will lead youth programs, support members, and help create a safe, engaging environment for participants.

The role offers flexible hours with shifts 3:00pm–8:00pm or 4:00pm–8:00pm, up to 16.48 USD per hour depending on experience, and opportunities to contribute to youth development in the community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all backgrounds.
• Commitment to inclusion and ADA compliance.
• Love for youth and desire to mentor them.

Responsibilities

• Lead participants through YMCA programs at the Downtown Erie location.
• Deliver a variety of YMCA programs to members and the community.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with YMCA standards and regulations.
