Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• First aid and CPR certification (if hired, we will pay for you to obtain).
• Current driver’s license, valid for minimum of five years, and clear DMV record.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (internet, email, and Word).
• Must be able to lift and carry light objects and parcels as an incidental part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide line of sight supervision to clients and skill building psycho-educational and/or support groups.
• Complete house related chores as assigned.
• Provide and facilitate educational and non-substantive counseling groups assigned and document in the client’s records.
• Maintain active participation with clients at all times.
• Prepare and monitor medication administration and document details in KIPU.
• Document clients’ daily activities and behavior in KIPU.
• Assist the Educational Director during school times and monitor client computer use.
