Job summary

Office Pride of San Antonio-Helotes is seeking an Evening Team Lead for a part-time position. You will support cleaning teams, visit customer locations, check completed work, assist with coverage, and maintain quality for our customers.

Ideal candidates are dependable, customer-focused, with strong communication, leadership abilities, and the flexibility to travel between customer sites in the San Antonio area.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Available to work Wednesday-Sunday evenings.
• Comfortable traveling between customer locations in the San Antonio area.
• Dependable attendance and strong follow-through.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and perform the physical requirements of commercial cleaning.
• Able to provide required I-9 documentation.
• Commercial cleaning experience is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

This position is a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping others, and is ready to take on some additional responsibility.
