Job summary

Smoothie King in Pearland is seeking Team Captains to work evenings during the week and on weekends. You will lead by example in a fun, energetic environment while helping guests become more health-conscious.

This position requires some management experience, the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members, and a willingness to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will ensure quality, cleanliness, and adherence to Smoothie King's standards.

Qualifications

• Must have some management experience preferably in food service.
• Must be available to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
• Must have an up-to-date food handlers card.
• Background check required upon employment.
• Must be punctual.
• Must stand ~8 hours, lift under 55 lbs, and bend.
• Must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality product and service to our Guests.
• Lead by example and exemplify Smoothie King's standards of service and cleanliness at all times.
• Ensure timely completion of the Daily Duty List throughout the shift.
• Open, complete shift change, and close the location per Smoothie King's standards.
• Communicate effectively with Management, the Guests, and fellow Team Members.
• Achieve goals set forth by the Manager and help ensure others reach the location's goals.
• Become knowledgeable on all of Smoothie King's products, including retail.
• Must have the ability to suggestively sell.
• Must be punctual.
• Must be available to work various shifts per week including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
