Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for 24 hours per week (Fridays and Saturdays, 7:00pm-7:30am). The role entails scrub duties during surgery, instrument prep, and counts to ensure patient safety.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved Surgical Technologist school or minimum 3 years’ CST experience.
• Current CPR certification required; CST certification highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scrub person duties during the intraoperative phase of surgical procedures.
• Assist in preparation and dispensing of instruments, equipment and supplies for surgeries.
• Count instruments, needles, sharps and sponges; handle specimens.
