HonorHealth is seeking a Surgical Technician for the OR-Main team in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on maintaining a sterile field, preparing instruments, and supporting the surgical team during procedures.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, surgical tech education or experience, and BLS certification. The position offers an evening shift with a $10k sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates in Surgical Technology preferred.
• 10+ months surgical tech experience or vocational program completion required.
• BLS certification required.
• Certified Surgical Technician certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a proper sterile field during surgeries.
• Prepares instruments and supplies; ensures working order of tools.
• Assists with instrument turnover and room cleanliness.
• Orientates and evaluates new staff and students in scrub role.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
