Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Evening Supervisor (RN) to support the DON and ADON in overseeing the nursing department during evening operations. The role focuses on ensuring the highest quality care and adherence to care plans, with direct nursing duties as needed.

Based at Kingston Health Center of Vermilion in Vermilion, OH, this position involves 8-hour evening shifts, Monday through Friday with on-call rotation and orientation to the campus readiness and survey processes.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ADON & DON to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department in accordance with rules and guidelines.
• Supervise, oversee and assist with all resident care according to assessed status and plan of care.
• Provide direct nursing care as necessary per resident assessment, physician orders and plan of care.
• Assist in scanning and attaching resident documentation to ensure Medical Records are complete and accurate.
• Maintain first impressions to welcome potential customers and participate in survey campus readiness.
• Ensure campus is tour ready including resources, tour path, model room, and tour stations; execute tours as necessary.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Evening Supervisor (RN) is primarily responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing the evening functions of the Nursing Department(s) to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the ADON & DON to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the Health Campus.
• Supervise, oversee and assist with all resident care according to assessed resident status and established plan of care.
• Provide direct nursing care as necessary per each resident's assessment, physician orders and plan of care and assess residents for expected results of treatments and medications.
• Assist in the scanning and attaching of resident documentation in MatrixCare to ensure Medical Records are complete and accurate.
• Maintain first impressions to welcome potential customers to experience our services and participate in survey and mock-survey campus preparedness.
• Ensure campus is tour ready including back up team resources, tour path, model room, first impressions, and tour stations. Execute tours as necessary.

Work Requirements

• Evening shift hours, start time at the discretion of the DON
• 8-hour shifts
• Monday - Friday with on call rotation commitment

Qualifications
