JOIN TEAM TRILOGY

Summary

The Evening Supervisor is primarily responsible for assisting the Director of Health Services and Assistant Director of Health Services in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the evening functions of the Nursing Department(s). This role ensures compliance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our health campus, while maintaining the highest quality of care at all times.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday Evening Shift
• 1pm-9:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, or 3pm-11:30pm
• Clinical Leadership on-call rotation as required

Payment

Evening Supervisors are eligible for additional shift and weekend pay differentials.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the nursing service department and its programs, in accordance with regulations.
• Make reports and recommendations to ADHS/DHS regarding department operations.
• Develop methods for coordinating nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
• Manage reportables with supervision from ED/DHS.
• Complete nursing admission assessments and baseline care plans for new admissions.
• Complete MDS section GG Functional assessments within required timeframes.
• Ensure accurate daily skilled documentation.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, and charting.
• Supervise and assist with resident care according to assessed needs and care plans.
