Qualifications
- Personal training or group fitness certification required (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent).
- CPR and AED certification required.
- Experience leading adult group fitness classes.
Responsibilities
- Lead Wednesday 6:00 PM strength and conditioning classes.
- Design safe, progressive workouts for varying fitness levels.
- Provide injury-prevention cueing throughout each class.
