Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to lead a fast-paced store team, deliver hospitality to customers, and drive daily operations with energy and integrity. You’ll coach teammates, ensure product quality, and maintain a clean, safe environment while meeting guest expectations.

The starting rate is USD 18.50 per hour, with an additional $1.50/hr for night shifts (10pm–6am). Benefits include quarterly bonuses, PTO, 401(k) match, stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, and full medical/dental coverage.

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
