Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee store operations during evening hours.
• Act as manager-on-duty in the absence of Store Director/Assistant Store Director.
• Support, guide, and coach department managers and associates.
• Ensure excellent customer service and store cleanliness.
• Maintain merchandising, safety standards, and compliance.
• Manage labor, shrink, and inventory expectations.
