Albertsons Companies is hiring an Evening Manager to oversee store operations during evening hours, support department teams, and ensure a smooth, customer-focused shopping experience. As the Night Relief Manager, you’ll ensure a smooth handoff between evening operations and the overnight team.

This leadership role requires strong communication, team leadership, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining safety and merchandising standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee store operations during evening hours.

• Maintain store merchandising, organization, and safety standards.
• Manage labor, shrink, and inventory expectations.
• Resolve customer issues and staffing needs quickly and professionally.
• Uphold company policies, compliance standards, and food-safety procedures.
