Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily store operations during the 2nd shift.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Supervise and support store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and merchandising standards.
• Handle inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support loss prevention efforts and maintain a secure store environment.
