Job summary

Town Pump Company is seeking a Store Maintenance Member to join our team. You will handle customer service, operate and repair fuel pumps and related equipment, and perform indoor/outdoor upkeep to ensure a safe, clean store environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning, painting, landscaping, and assisting cashiers when needed. The role requires flexibility to come in as needed to keep the store running while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail/gas station environment.
• Mechanical operation and basic repairs of store equipment.
• Ability to perform housekeeping both inside and outside the store.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer service and assist store cashiers when possible.
• Repair, grease, test fuel pumps and related equipment including refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Clean and paint buildings, sidewalks, fuel islands; handle landscaping and trash/snow removal.
• Maintain safety procedures and keep records/logs as required.
• Be available to come in as needed to keep the store running.
