Job summary

Town Pump Company is seeking a motivated Store Maintenance team member to support daily operations at our Bozeman location. You will handle customer service, mechanical repairs, and general upkeep of the store and surrounding areas to ensure smooth operations.

The role involves servicing fuel pumps and related equipment, performing repairs on refrigeration and HVAC systems, and maintaining grounds and building exterior.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to perform mechanical repairs and operation.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather.
• Maintain safety procedures and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist store cashiers when possible.
• Repair, grease, test fuel pumps and related equipment; maintain refrigeration, HVAC, and control systems.
• Clean and maintain buildings, sidewalks, fuel islands, and landscaping; handle outdoor upkeep.
• Maintain safety manuals, logs, pump inspections, and electrical schematics; replace lamps and ballasts as needed.
• Commit to keeping the store running; respond to needs and interact with the public.
• Assist clerks or managers as needed.

As a Store Maintenance Member, You Will

• be responsible for customer service, mechanical operation, repairs, housekeeping inside and outside the store, store security, and assisting store cashiers whenever possible.
• repair, grease, clean, and test fuel pumps, and associated equipment including refrigeration, HVAC systems, and control systems. Practice safe procedures in repairs and tool handling while wearing protective clothing and other necessary personal protective equipment.
• clean and paint buildings, sidewalks, fuel islands, etc. and handle building and property upkeep to include landscaping and trash and snow removal. You are exposed to cold and other outdoor weather conditions.
• maintain use or repair books, safety manuals, duty logs, pump inspections, and electrical schematics, and maintain lights to included lamp and ballast replacement.
• commit to keep the store running and come in as needed, interact with the public providing exceptional customer service.
• assist clerks or managers as needed.
