Job summary

ARMStaffing is recruiting for a Sterile Processing Technician in Muskegon, MI. The role is full-time contract for the 13-week assignment with a 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift, totaling 40 hours per week. Start date is 08/24/2026 and end date 11/28/2026.

Responsibilities include cleaning, sterilizing, and maintaining instruments, participating in on-call rotations, and assisting in training staff. Credentials CRCST or CSPDT are required, with health screenings prior to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Credentials: CRCST or CSPDT required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure.
• Compliance with mandatory health screenings prior to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Process and sterilize surgical instruments according to established protocols.
• Ensure all surgical instruments are properly maintained and stored.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
• Assist in training and supervising other staff members as required.
