Responsibilities

• Greeting patrons in a polite manner and assisting them as needed.
• Safely shuttling customers to various destinations.
• Opening and closing doors for patrons.
• Adhering to all traffic laws/signs for safe shuttle operation.
• Communicating with customers and co-workers via radio with management.
• Completing required pre-trip inspections to meet safety requirements.
• Recording passenger counts and trip times.
• Completing necessary paperwork involved in daily operations.
• Assisting in equipment setup and breakdown (signs, cones, etc.).
• Sweeping shuttles and removing debris for cleanliness.
• Notifying management of any mechanical problems.
• Complying with company procedures for shuttle operations.
