Responsibilities

• Greet patrons politely and assist them as needed.
• Safely shuttle customers to various destinations.
• Open and close doors for patrons.
• Follow traffic laws and operate shuttles safely.
• Communicate with customers and team via radio and with management.
• Perform pre-trip inspections to meet safety requirements.
• Record passenger counts and trip times accurately.
• Complete daily paperwork and assist with equipment setup.
• Keep shuttles clean and report mechanical issues.
• Adhere to company procedures for shuttle operations.
