Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate Ball State University buses on shuttle routes and dispatched runs.
• Inspect buses and report malfunctions; keep vehicles clean.
• Fuel, inspect, and top up fluids; check gauges and safety systems.
• Maintain contact with Transportation Office via radio/phone; report delays.
• Maintain trip logs and mileage records for each run.
• Assist disabled passengers on/off vehicles; ensure safety.
• Report route problems and suggest changes when appropriate.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
