Penske Logistics is seeking Shipping & Receiving Clerks to join a safety‑conscious, team‑oriented warehouse environment in Groveport, OH. You will handle shipping/receiving procedures, ensure paperwork is complete and accurate, and interact with carriers and warehouse staff.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, with weekends and OT as needed. Compensation starts at $21.00/hour plus a $1 shift differential, totaling $22/hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of general office experience required.
• 1 year of shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Handle office and administrative duties including accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
• Process payroll, billing, reporting and misc. administrative tasks.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments and pallet tracking.
• Ensure paperwork for all shipments is complete and accurate.
• Interact with warehouse staff and carriers to resolve issues.
• Assist with daily and weekly reports and maintain files.
• Meet warehouse metrics by coordinating with Supervisors.
• Possess/read/write/communicate in English; travel as needed.
