• Ability to lift heavy materials weighing up to fifty (50) pounds may be required.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers as they arrive.
• Keep docks clean, removing any empty trays and pallets.
• Check and record ingredients received on the proper form.
• Monitor quality of the product and packaging.
• Perform sanitation duties as needed.
