Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Work Center Planner to support GSE shop operations in Atlanta, GA. This onsite role emphasizes administrative support, maintenance tracking, compliance coordination, and vendor communication.

Responsibilities include clerical duties, processing work orders and compliance docs, coordinating maintenance checks, managing purchasing card reconciliation, and coordinating with vendors and management to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical and administrative support duties including typing, emailing, photocopying, scanning, filing, and answering phones.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers.
• Process and track maintenance work orders and compliance activities.
• Schedule routine maintenance checks and follow up on open maintenance items.
• Process, file, and submit required compliance documentation.
• Assist with maintenance program coordination and related operational tasks.
• Support purchasing card reconciliation and invoice processing.
• Verify parts receipts and coordinate with vendors for follow-up activities.
• Process required personnel and SIDA-related paperwork.
• Assist local management with daily operational and administrative functions.
