Athens Services in California is seeking an experienced Truck Welder to repair vehicles and fabricate parts as required. You will operate MIG and arc welding equipment, perform safety inspections, and help ensure our fleet remains in top condition.

Strong communication of welding needs and adherence to OSHA rules are essential. The role requires 5+ years of welding experience, DOT CHP repair knowledge, and a valid driver's license.

Formación

• 5+ years of welding experience in MIG and arc welding.
• Familiar with DOT CHP repair processes and Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
• Ability to communicate welding issues clearly.
• Able to read service and technical information.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must have personal tools.
• Physical ability to perform duties.

Responsabilidades

• Operate welding equipment to repair vehicles and equipment.
• Fabricate parts or components as needed.
• Perform safety inspections on vehicles and equipment.
• Assess welds for depth and penetration across positions.
• Complete repair paperwork and track parts usage and times.
