Wolla Trucking and Wolla Oilfield Services are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our shop team in Williston, ND. You will weld, fabricate, and repair semi-trailers, trucks, and oilfield equipment with a focus on quality and safety.

Applicants need at least 2 years of welding and fabrication experience, including MIG welding and some stick welding. Aluminum spool gun welding is a plus, and attention to detail is essential for minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace damaged semi-trailer components and structural parts.

• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal parts accurately.
• Operate welding machines, grinders, torches, plasma cutters and shop tools.
• Inspect work for quality, safety, and reliability.
• Document repairs in Fleetio and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Collaborate with shop team to minimize downtime.

Job description

Wolla Trucking and Wolla Oilfield Services are looking for an experienced, dependable Welder/Fabricator to join our shop team. This position involves welding, fabrication, and repairs on semi-trailers, trucks, oilfield equipment, and related equipment used in our operations.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of welding and fabrication experience, including MIG welding, some stick welding, and aluminum spool gun welding. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, works safely, and can complete quality repairs with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace damaged semi-trailer components, including crossmembers, frame components, flooring supports, doors, and other structural parts.
• Perform welding repairs on trucks, trailers, and oilfield equipment
• Fabricate, modify, and repair steel and aluminum components as needed.
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components accurately.
• Safely operate welding machines, grinders, cutting torches, plasma cutters, and other shop equipment.
• Working knowledge of welding processes, metal materials, hand and power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, safety, and reliability.
• Document all completed repairs and work performed in Fleetio.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work efficiently with the shop team to minimize equipment downtime.
