Job summary

Bald Eagle Fuel & Tire, d/b/a Snappy's is hiring a 2nd Shift Supervisor in Allenwood, PA. This role leads the team during the evening shift, ensuring top customer service, smooth operations, and proper store upkeep.

Eligible candidates bring at least a high school diploma and some supervisory experience in retail or food settings. You'll be responsible for guiding daily tasks, training staff, managing stock, and keeping the store clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/food environment preferred.
• Leadership Skills: A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide employees.

Responsibilities
