Bald Eagle Fuel & Tire, d/b/a Snappy's in Saint Marys, PA is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead our day shift and keep operations running smoothly while delivering the legendary convenience and customer service Snappy's is known for.

As the Shift Supervisor, you will lead and support the team, set priorities, train staff, and ensure the store remains clean, stocked, and organized for a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/food environment preferred.
• Leadership: A positive, team-focused attitude that can inspire, motivate and guide employees.

Responsibilities

• Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Set the tone for exceptional customer service and a positive workplace for employees.
• Lead the Team: Provide daily prioritization and guidance for employee tasks, ensuring everyone stays on track and productive.
• Train and Develop: Oversee training and growth opportunities for employees, offering support and communicating performance feedback to management.
• Keep Things Stocked: Maintain inventory levels by ensuring merchandise is rotated, replenished, and ready for customers.
