Job summary

Braum's in Frisco, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead and develop the store crew, drive customer satisfaction, and maximize sales. The role includes overseeing food service, grocery, and fountain operations, with a focus on inventory control, safety, and adherence to Braum's standards.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of minimum work experience in a leadership role is expected.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's policies and practices are followed.
